Can I transfer my license to someone else? How?

The transfer of Astah Professional User License(Support License) or Astah Share Server License(Support License) is allowed under the following conditions:

  • Support period of the license must be valid
  • The license is possessed by a cooperation
  • The license is registered by someone within the same corporation
  • New user who receives the license is within the same corporation

If the previous conditions apply, please request the permission of the license transfer via email including following information:

  • License Information : License Number, Validation Code
  • Information about current user and contact : User Name, Email address, Cooperation Name, Department, Postal Code, Address, Phone number
  • Information about new user and contact : User Name, Email address, Cooperation Name, Department, Postal Code, Address, Phone number
  • Purpose of transfer: Retirement of the current user, Employee movement, Project Concluded, Project transfer or others (please specify why)

NOTE:

  • A new license key will be issued for new user when transferring the license. The old license key must be discarded completely.
  • Your request will be refused if provided license number and validation code do not match.
  • Support period will be transferred to the new user when transferring a license.
