• User License: If you purchase an Astah Professional User License or an Astah Share Server License, one-year support will come with it. After your support year expires, you can keep receiving support by extending the support period with Support Renewal License.
• Timed License: If you purchase an Astah Professional Timed License, you will receive support from us as long as your license period is valid. You can keep receiving support by purchasing another Timed License.
