How do I customize the format for an Entity Definition Report?

Go to [Tool]-[ER Diagram]-[Export Entity Definition Report] in Main Menu
[Export Entity Definition Report] dialog opens. Click on the [New Template] button, and remember the Template name.
Close the dialog box.
Open the template file (.xls) that is generated where you checked at step 2. and customize it as you like. (You can create header and footer.etc)
Overwrite the template file.
Choose the customized template file when exporting Entity Definition Report
