By registering a Support Renewal License, your support period will be extended for additional one year from the date when the former support period expired (Case 1) or the date when your current support period expires (Case 2).

If you have Timed License and want to get an extension, another Timed License is required. Timed Licenses cannot be extended by a Support Renewal License. Please see Can I extend my Timed License and how? for details.

NOTE: When you purchase a User License, one year of support will come with it.
