What happens when my support period expires?

For Astah Professional and Astah UML

  • User License: You are able to continue to use Astah Professional, however you won't be able to upgrade to the newer versions and you will be no longer eligible to receive support services.
  • Timed License: You won't be able to use Astah Professional/UML when your support period (license) expires. Another Timed License is required if you wish to continue to use Astah.

For Astah Share

  • You are able to continue to use Astah Share, however you won't be able to upgrade to newer versions and you will be no longer eligible to receive support services.
