What is "Alias" Feature?

You can add multiple names for each model and switch the name on diagram. Great for offshore development across with international teams.
You can set alias in [Alias] tab in the project view.

How to set alias

Enter Alias

Double-click the alias field and directly enter the name.


Switch names

You can switch the names on the diagram from [View] - [Alias].



If you want to sync the selection between the [Alias] tab and diagram, click the "sync" button.



You can filter the alias view columns with diagrams and models you want to add alias for. Click [Filter] button.

Check items you want to show in Alias View.

Hide Alias Tab

If you don't need to use Alias features, you can hide its tab from [System Properties].

* Hiding [Alias] tab won't delete any models in the project.
