Astah announced the end-of-sale and end-of-life dates for Astah GSN.

| End-of-Life Announcement Date | The date the document that announces the end-of-sale of Astah GSN product and end-of-life of product licenses is distributed to the general public. | September 30, 2022 |
| End-of-Sale Date | The last date to order the product through Astah Online Store and resellers. The purchase of these products is no longer available after this date. | March 31, 2023 |
| Last Delivery Date | The last-possible ship date of the purchased license. This is the ship date from Astah to the customers who purchased through Astah Online Store and also from Astah to the resellers. The delivery date from the resellers to end-users is dependent on the reseller. | April 3, 2023 |
| Last Date of Support | The last date to receive technical support regarding the product. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. | March 31, 2024 |
| Last Date of Download | The last date to download Astah GSN product. You will no longer be able to download the installers of Astah GSN from our website after this date. | March 31, 2024 |

How to renew your licenses
(A) If you are on auto-recurring Subscription
From the next renewal after April 1st, 2023, you will be receiving Astah System Safety licenses instead of Astah GSN but the price remains the same.
(B) If you are NOT on auto-recurring Subscription
Please purchase Astah System Safety license.
If you can directly purchase the license from our online store (Credit Card payment only), we will provide a discount coupon code for you to purchase Astah System Safety license at the same price as Astah GSN. So please contact us if you’d like a coupon code.
Product migration option
Customers who have valid Astah GSN licenses can upgrade to Astah System Safety for free.
Astah System Safety is the newest modeling tool of Astah series that supports GSN.
You can load your Astah GSN files to Astah System Safety.
Free Astah System Safety License for customers
On September 30th, 2022, we provided free license of Astah System Safety for all the Astah GSN customers who have valid Astah GSN license. The license has the same expiry date as the existing Astah GSN licenses. So all the customers can migrate to Astah System Safety for free.
