| End-of-Sale Date | The last date to order the product through Astah Online Store and resellers. The purchase of these products is no longer available after this date. | March 31, 2023 |
| Last Delivery Date | The last-possible ship date of the purchased license. This is the ship date from Astah to the customers who purchased through Astah Online Store and also from Astah to the resellers. The delivery date from the resellers to end-users is dependent on the reseller. | April 3, 2023 |
| Last Date of Support | The last date to receive technical support regarding the product. After this date, all support services for the product are unavailable, and the product becomes obsolete. | March 31, 2024 |
| Last Date of Download | The last date to download Astah GSN product. You will no longer be able to download the installers of Astah GSN from our website after this date. | March 31, 2024 |

How to renew Engineering Pack License

After this date, please purchase licenses for each product you need individually.

Here’re suggested options depending on which products you are using with Engineering Pack License.
- If you are using all three products (Astah Professional, Astah SysML and Astah GSN)
- If you are using only two products:
Product migration option
If you are using both Astah SysML and Astah GSN:
Astah System Safety is the newest modeling tool of Astah series that supports GSN and SysML.
You can load your Astah SysML and GSN files to Astah System Safety. So if you are using both Astah SysML and Astah GSN with your Astah Engineering Pack License, switching to Astah System Safety is an option.

Free Astah System Safety License for customers
On September 30th, we will provide free license of Astah System Safety for all the customers who have valid Astah Engineering Pack license. The license will have the same expiry date as the existing Astah Engineering Pack licenses. So all the customers can migrate to Astah System Safety for free.
Customers on auto-recurring Subscription
We will contact every customer who is with active annual auto-recurring subscription to advise the way to renew their licenses.
And all the subscriptions with the next billing date after April 1, 2023 will be automatically canceled.
