We now have more team members than our Organizational License supports. What should we do?

You need to purchase additional Organizational Licenses, there are two options for the activation:

Option A: Add more Organizational Licenses and co-terminate it to the existing license. Please register the license by following this FAQ: How to register multiple Organizational License packs?

Option B: Add more Organizational Licenses with new activation date. If the increase of the team member is temporary, this is the best option.

  1. Purchase another Organizational License from our online store or a reseller.
  2. Have the License Manager log into the Change Vision members site with the information that the account license is registered to, and click the [License Management] button.

  3. Your existing license will be displayed, select [Add Node Count License] from the dropdown list and click [Next].

  4. Enter the new license number and validation code and select [Add new with new validity period] from its dropdown list and click [Next].

  5. Select the activation date from [Start of Period] and then click [Next].

  6. The license information will be displayed and a new license key file will be sent via email, distribute it to all the users including the new members.

The new license number will be the same number as the first license you registered. In the above example, new license key file will allow 20 users at max in the overlapped time period between two licenses in the red box above.
