Astah License and Pricing Changes

Changes to Astah Product Licenses and Pricing Structure Effective April 1, 2024

Dear Valued Customers,

We’re committed to enhancing our products and services. Effective April 1, 2024, we’re making several important changes:

1. End of Sales for Certain Licenses:

Sales of Astah Professional Organizational Perpetual Licenses and their renewal licenses will end on March 31st , 2024.
Existing customers can still purchase support renewals. License managers will receive individual communications from our sales team.

2. Change in Volume Discount Structure for Astah Professional Perpetual Licenses:

We’re discontinuing volume discounts for Astah Professional Individual Perpetual Licenses for quantities over 10 and 50.
To add more value, we’re reducing the unite price of Astah Professional Individual Perpetual License.

3. Discontinuation of 6-Month Subscriptions:

We will no longer offer 6-month subscriptions for Astah Professional and Astah UML.
Current subscribers can switch to a 1-month or annual subscription, or cancel.
Our sales team will contact active subscribers for their choice.
Without a response by March 25th, 2024, subscriptions will automatically switch to a 1-month plan.

4. Revised Pricing

Due to increased operational costs, we’re revising prices for most products except Astah SysML and Astah System Safety.
We have made efforts to maintain current prices, but current economic conditions have made this challenging.
We ask for your understanding and continued support as we implement these changes.
