How do I register multiple Organizational License packs?

Have your license numbers and validation codes ready. (If you do not have them, please contact the distributor where you purchased your licenses.)

  1. The License Manager will log into the Change Vision Members site (Sign-up required for the first time) and click the [License Registration] button.

  2. Next the License Manager needs to enter one of the License Numbers and Validation Codes, and click [Add]. The license information will be displayed at the bottom.

  3. Set the activation date from the dropdown list in the [Start of Period] column then click [Next].

  4. The license information will be displayed. Please make sure all of the content (e-mail address and license information) is correct, and click [Register License].

  5. The license registration is now complete, an e-mail will be sent to you. Ignore this email for now and add another license.
  6. Go back to the [License Management] menu and select [Add Node Count License] from the dropdown list of the license you just added and click [Next].

  8. Enter the next license number and validation code and select [Add new and co-terminate with the existing license (xxxx-xxxx)] then click [Next]. The date in the brackets shows the license validity period.

  9. The license information will be displayed. Please make sure all of the content in [New license] is correct and press the [Register License] button. The license number is the number for the first license registered.

  10. Repeat these steps if you have more Organizational Licenses to register.
  11. An email will be sent to you each time a license registration is completed. Open the email that arrives last and download the license key from there. (You can delete the other emails.)
  12. Distribute the license key file (.xml) to all the end-users.
