FAQ - Astah Evaluation

I'm evaluating Astah and having an error. Will I get support?

As noted in EULA [Article 7 - Special Agreement], we do not provide support service to trial users. When any error happens, please look for solutions on Bug Info page.
If you couldn't find any related informaton, please send us a report with the following information to support@astah.net.
  1. Log files
  2. Step to reproduce the error
  3. Your Project file (Obfuscated XMI is ok for Astah Professional files)
We will make our best effort to solve the issue. However please understand that we do not gurantee that we can provide the solution unless you purchase the license.
