Write the C++ function body?

I want to model the following very simple class:

class Foo {
  public:
    void bar() {
      std::cout << "Hello World!" << std::endl; // where to put this in Astah?
    }
}

My question is the line with the comment - where do I put this line in Astah such that it gets used for code generation?

Product: Astah Professional

Hello Danylo,

Thanks for your question.

Currently Astah does not have its ability by itself we're afraid.

We have a new plugin for generating C++ source code called "M+" which our customer developed. You may be able to add the comment using it (not from Astah but from the editor). Give it a try.

M+ Plugin

Thanks, SJ

Satomi,

The M+ plugin download does not work for me. I am getting the following error after clicking "Click here to download" on the https://sites.google.com/site/mplusdownload/ website:

This site can’t be reached

The connection was reset.
Try:
Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Could you please fix this?

Hi Danylo,

I'm sorry that you could not download. I tried myself and the link seems to be working fine for me. I will send you the plugin file via email, give me your email address here or email me - satomi@astah.net

Thanks,

SJ

Hi Satomi,

I was able to download M+ now, but I do not find the "User Code Area" mentioned in http://astah.net/features/mplus-plugin where I get to put my own custom code. Could you guide me please to where it is in Astah?

Thank you,

Danylo.

Hi Danylo,

Great that you managed to download.

Not field in Astah itself, could you contact the developer of M+ Plug-in and ask if he has good advice? You can use this form.

Cheers,

SJ
