I get an error saying ʺThe selected license is not valid, the original license is installedʺ when I try to set up the license key file.

This may happen when you try to set up your license before its activation date. You can check your license activation date from [License Management] menu after logging into the Change Vision Members site.

If you have set your activation date wrong and would like to change it, please send us a request with the correct activation date and the reason for the change(The request must be made within 5 days after your license is activated).
