I lost my license key file (.xml). Can it be reissued?

You may have your license key file reissued by following this procedure:

  1. Login to ChangeVision Members
  2. Click on the [License Management] button CV Members License Management
  3. Select the [Reissue this license key], then click the [Next] button CV Members Reissue Key
  4. Your license information will be displayed. Please confirm your e-mail address and license information, and click [Reissue license key] button CV Members Reissue Key
  5. License registration is completed and e-mail is sent to you.
  6. Open the e-mail you received from us. (The e-mail title should be "[info] Astah professional license") Access the URL described in the e-mail to download your license key file. NOTE:*Do not open the license key file (.xml)
  7. Launch Astah, [License Management] window opens automatically. (If it does not, go to [Tool] - [License]). And select [Set License Key] from the right side.
  8. [Information] window opens, click [OK]
  9. Specify the license key file (astah_license_timed_professional.xml) that you downloaded in step 5 and click [Select User License File]
  10. [Confirm] window opens, select [Yes]
  11. [Information] windows opens again, click [OK]. Now your license set up is completed.
