I'm having an error with Astah. My license support expired. Can I still get support?


As noted in EULA [Article 6 - Support Services], we do not provide support service to customers if their license support is expired. When any error happens, please look for any solutions on Bug Info page.
If you couldn't find any related informaton, please send us a report with the following information to support@astah.net.
  1. Log files
  2. Step to reproduce the error
  3. Your Project file (Obfuscated XMI is ok for Astah Professional files)
We will make our best effort to solve the issue. However please understand that we do not gurantee that we provide the solution.
If you'd like to have your issue fixed, please renew your license support.
