Floating License Guide

Renew Floating License

1. Purchase Floating Licenses through our online store or resellers.
   
   
2. Login to CV Members account which has the existing licenses.
   
   
3. Go to [License Management].
   
   
   
4. Go to [Add/Renew Licenses].
   
   
   
5. Enter new license number and validation code and choose [Renew…].
   
   
   
6. If you have more licenses to add, repeat this with [Add new and co-terminate with…] option.
   
   
7. The license file will be sent to you every time you add a license. Save the license file (.lic) you received the last in the same directory where the license manager module(rlm or rlm.exe) is.
   
   
8. If you do not know which license file you should use, please read here.
   
   
9. Access the RLM web server by typing https://<Hostname>:5054 on your webs browser, then click [Reread/Restart All Servers] button.
   
   

Add more seats

You can add seats to the existing licenses.

1. Purchase Floating Licenses through our online store or resellers.
   
   
2. Login to CV Members account which has the existing licenses.
   
   
3. Go to [License Management].
   
   
   
4. Go to [Add/Renew Licenses].
   
   
   
5. Enter new license number and validation code and choose [Add new and co-terminate with…] or [Add new with new validity period].
   
   
   
   
6. The license file will be sent to you every time you add a license.
   Save the license file (.lic) you received the last in the same directory where the license manager module(rlm or rlm.exe) is. If you do not know which license file you should use, please read here.
   
   
7. Access the RLM web server by typing https://<Hostname>:5054 on your webs browser, then click [Reread/Restart All Servers] button.
