How do I register an Astah Professional Support Renewal License?

  • Support extension needs to be processed in the account where your former license is registered. So do not create new account when your information such as your e-mail address has been changed. You need to login to ChangeVision Members with your old e-mail address and change your information before you register Support Renewal License.
  • You must purchase a Support Renewal License to get an extension.
  • See FAQ to see how a Support Renewal License applies
  1. Please have a license number and Validation code for your Support Renewal License ready. (You can get them from distributor where you purchased Support Renewal License.)
  2. Log into ChangeVision Members then click on [License Management]. (If your e-mail address has been changed, log in with your old e-mail address then change it to a new one from [Change Settings]) CV Members License Management
  3. Select the target license to extend the support period of and go to next step CV Members Extend Support
  4. Enter your License number and validation code. CV Members Extend Support
  5. License information will be displayed. Please make sure all content is correct and click the [Register License] button CV Members Confirm Support
  6. License registration is now completed and an email is sent to you.
  7. Open the e-mail you received from us. Use the URL from the email to download your new license key file. NOTE:*Do not open the license key file (.xml)*
  8. Launch Astah and go to [Tool] - [License]. Specify your new license key file in [License Management] the dialog box.
